Message 500 with the stock family of compressor housings (T-2) but with a .80 compressor A/R, instead of the stock .48 A/R. The turbine housing is a T-25 with a .64 A/R, and obviously the BB housing section. The spool is significantly faster than the sport 500 and the top end doesn't choke up as readily as the 500s because of the physically larger housing. Also, if you haven't set up your base wastegate setting, they tend to blow open sooner than the smaller housings (because of a larger wastegate bore). So, you want to set your base setting a little higher than you would a sport 500 or equivalent: about 15 pounds on the bench. This will equate to a base setting of about 13 pounds on the car, given the added backpressure and larger wastegate bore. The higher base setting is why JWT now uses the adjustable wastegate arms, and allows the turbos to make and hold 22-24 pounds of boost (Their maximum efficiency). because of the ball bearing center sections, this amount of boost isn't an issue on the thrust bearings like it was on the sport 500s (I ran 24 psi anyway). Hope that is of some help, Mark
